The maximum floor area of all structures, other than parking structures, accessory to principal multi-family and nonresidential uses shall not exceed ten percent of the area of the lot on which the permitted principal use is located.
The height of an accessory structure other than a parking structure shall not exceed the lesser of the height of the principal structure on the site, or 18 feet. A parking structure shall not exceed the height of the principal structure.
