Accessory dwelling units

A detached accessory dwelling unit shall have a minimum setback of ten feet from the rear and side property lines and ten feet from the principal structure.
- Entrance on side or rear
The external entrance for internal or attached accessory dwelling units shall be located on the side or the rear of the structure. On corner lots, the entrance may face the secondary front setback.
