No portion of the use, excluding required screening and landscape buffers, shall be located within 100 feet of a residential or planned development district or structure containing a dwelling unit. All parking, excluding display of vehicles for sale or rental, shall be located to the side or rear of the establishment. All repairs and maintenance of vehicles, including parts installation, shall be performed within a completely enclosed building.
