Uses

Medium-scale solar facilities may be installed by right as an accessory use in the industrial districts to provide electricity for use on-site for commercial and industrial applications; provided a site plan has been submitted to the zoning administrator for review and approval; all federal, state and local regulations have been followed; the system is located on the property or structure to be served; and the system is in accord with the underlying zoning requirements of the districts. In other districts, medium-scale solar facilities require a conditional use permit.
