These zones are established as overlay zones, superimposed over the existing base zones, being more specifically zones of airspace that do not affect the uses and activities of the base zones except as provided for in this chapter.

The Cross Keys Agricultural and Forestal district is comprised of seventy-seven (77) parcels spanning two thousand sixty (2,060) acres, more or less, centered at the intersection of Cross Keys Road (Route 276) and Pleasant Valley Road (Route 679).

The Dry River Agricultural and Forestal district shall consist of the following land: two hundred fifty-five (255) parcels spanning six thousand four hundred forty-four (6,444) acres, more or less, generally located south of Hinton, west of John Wayland Highway (Route 42), east of Ottobine, and north of the Town of Bridgewater.
