From the ordinance

The minimum lot size shall be ten thousand (10,000) square feet. The minimum lot width shall be seventy-five (75) feet. The minimum front yard setback shall be twenty-five (25) feet. The minimum side yard setback shall be ten (10) feet. The minimum rear yard setback shall be twenty-five (25) feet. The maximum building height shall be thirty-five (35) feet.
