From the ordinance

The minimum lot size shall be one (1) acre. The minimum lot width shall be one hundred (100) feet. The minimum front yard setback shall be thirty (30) feet. The minimum side yard setback shall be fifteen (15) feet. The minimum rear yard setback shall be twenty-five (25) feet. The maximum building height shall be forty (40) feet.
