From the ordinance
The MXU district allows the development of new neighborhoods that contain a mix of land uses... Minimum of thirty contiguous acres. Common area shall comprise a minimum of twenty percent of the total project area. One accessory dwelling unit is permitted on any single family detached lot, interior space not exceed 800 sq ft.
