From the ordinance

The minimum lot size shall be twenty thousand (20,000) square feet. The minimum lot width shall be one hundred (100) feet. The minimum front yard setback shall be thirty (30) feet. The minimum side yard setback shall be fifteen (15) feet. The minimum rear yard setback shall be thirty (30) feet. The maximum building height shall be thirty-five (35) feet.
