From the ordinance

The minimum lot size shall be one (1) acre. The minimum lot width shall be one hundred (100) feet. The minimum front yard setback shall be twenty-five (25) feet. The minimum side yard setback shall be fifteen (15) feet. The minimum rear yard setback shall be twenty-five (25) feet. The maximum building height shall be fifty (50) feet.
