  • Any accessory use permitted in R-3 General Residential District
  • For individual mobile/manufactured home sites: awnings or porches, and one storage building (not closer than 5 ft to site boundaries)
  • For mobile/manufactured home park: management headquarters, recreational facilities, community building, toilets, showers, coin-operated laundry facilities and vending machines
  • Sales area for mobile/manufactured homes (max 10% of park area or 2 acres, whichever smaller) with screening and parking
  • Convenience establishments (grocery, restaurant, beauty shop, barber shop, laundry, etc.) in park of 20+ units, restricted to occupants
