General provisions
1,302 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
Use includes merry-go-rounds, ferris wheels, swings, toboggans, slides, rebound-tumbling, and similar equipment operated at one particular location.
