Design

Where a discretionary land-use permit subject to Type II (Chapter 22.228), Type III (Chapter 22.230), or Type IV (Chapter 22.232) Review is required, development shall preserve existing natural contours, native vegetation, and natural rock outcropping features to the greatest extent feasible.
