From the ordinance
In addition to the uses specified in Chapter 22.22 (Industrial Zones), as requiring a Conditional Use Permit (Chapter 22.158), any industrial use listed as permitted, accessory or as requiring a Ministerial Site Plan Review (Chapter 22.186) application, shall be subject to a Conditional Use Permit.
