An approved Conditional Use Permit shall be required for any extension, expansion, or enlargement of the area of land, or the area within a building or structure requiring a building permit.

An approved Conditional Use Permit (Chapter 22.158) shall be required for uses, buildings, and structures otherwise described in Subsection 1.a, above, for any extension, expansion, or enlargement of the area of land, or the area within a building or structure requiring a building permit.
