Lighting

Lighting of equestrian arenas or round pens may only be allowed where it is demonstrated, pursuant to a site-specific evaluation and photometric analysis, that the lighting will cause no light trespass into any adjacent S1 and S2 habitat.

The height of any new outdoor light fixture used for an outdoor recreational activity area, regardless of the zone, shall be the minimum height necessary to illuminate the activity area, but in no event shall exceed 40 feet.

Walkways used for entry and exit to permitted structures, including parking areas, on the site shall use the minimum lighting necessary. This lighting shall be limited to fixtures that do not exceed two feet in height.
