Each new lot created by a land division shall contain a net area of at least two acres. Each lot shall have a required front yard of at least 25 feet, rear yard of at least 25 feet, and interior side yards of at least 10 feet. Fences or walls within required front yards may exceed 3.5 feet but not exceed 6 feet, with at least 75% open above 3.5 feet.
