From the ordinance
Each new lot created by a land division shall contain a gross area of not less than five acres. Each new lot created by a land division shall have a required width of not less than 330 feet and a required depth of not less than 330 feet. Required front, side, and rear yards shall have a minimum depth of not less than 30 feet.
