All portions of the oil field on which oil operations are conducted shall be enclosed with a fence compliant with CalGEM regulations

The operator shall develop, implement, and carry out a groundwater quality monitoring program for the oil field

Within 60 days of completion of construction activities that have significantly impacted sensitive natural habitat, the operator shall begin habitat restoration

The operator shall comply with all provisions of a hazardous materials business plan that has been submitted to the Fire Chief.

The operator shall comply with title 14 of the California Code of Regulations, section 1723.9, regarding testing and maintenance of idle wells

The operator shall enter into an agreement with the County to indemnify and hold harmless the County

Within 90 days following the effective date of the ordinance establishing this CSD

All signage shall comply with Chapter 22.114 (Signs).
