From the ordinance
In addition to the uses and requirements under Subsection D.4, and for Zone C-M in Chapter 22.20 (Commercial Zones), a Conditional Use Permit (Chapter 22.158) application is required to establish, operate, and maintain the following: i. Sales. (1) Automobile sales, sale of new and used motor vehicles; ... b. Floor Area Ratio. The total gross floor area ratio of a lot shall not exceed 1.0 times the total net of such lot.
