Step-back requirement for buildings over 17 ft abutting residential15 ft
For buildings exceeding 17 feet in height and abutting a residential zone, the maximum height of the structure at 15 feet from the property line shall be 15 feet, with an additional foot of setback for each additional foot of height.

Ground floor uses along major corridors shall be limited to retail, personal services, and restaurants, with residential uses permitted above the ground floor.
