From the ordinance
New residential lots shall contain a gross area of not less than one acre and a net area of not less than 40,000 square feet. ... New residential lots shall contain an area which is at least 130 feet in width and at least 130 feet in length (depth). ... New and existing residential lots of sufficient size shall have required front and rear yards of not less than 35 feet from the property line. Side yards shall be a minimum of 25 feet from the property line.
