The Malibou Lake Area establishes development standards... Each single-family residence shall have at least two covered or uncovered parking spaces. Buildings and structures shall cover no more than 25 percent of the area of a lot. A minimum 20 feet of paved roadway width to Crags Drive shall be provided.
