In addition to the uses specified in Chapter 22.16, property in Zone R-R may be used for the following uses with a Ministerial Site Plan Review: Horse boarding, large; Horse boarding, small; Riding academies. Also subject to Minor CUP: Adult residential facilities, Group homes, Single-family residences. Also subject to CUP: Bed and breakfast, Rural inns, Event facilities, Rodeos. Height limitation 35 ft. Lot coverage 30% and one story for Rural Commercial land use category.
