Any portion of the structure that exceeds 15 feet in height shall be set back an additional foot for every additional foot in height.
From the ordinance
For buildings or structures that exceed 17 feet in height and are located on a lot which abuts Zones R-1 or R-2, the maximum height of the structure at 15 feet from the property line abutting the Residential Zone shall be 15 feet.
