  • Inverted shoulder allowed

    Local streets shall be allowed to use inverted shoulders with concrete flow line design where possible.

  • Street lights rural character

    Street lights in this area shall conform, to the greatest extent possible, to the rural character of the Val Verde community.

  • Structures on lots that adjoin or face a non-industrially or non-commercially zoned property or use shall have a minimum setback of five feet from each property line that adjoins or faces the non-industrially or non-commercially zoned property or use.

  • For lots less than 5,000 square feet, the structure shall have a minimum front setback of five feet from the property line.

For lot sizes less than 5,000 square feet, where such size prevents a commercial structure from satisfying one or more of the standards set forth in Section 22.312.070.B.4, the following standards shall be substituted: the structure shall have a minimum front setback of five feet from the property line.
