Lighting

All exterior light fixtures shall be energy efficient; produce warm-white light; avoid light pollution and spill-over; and, with the exception of architectural and landscape lighting, be pedestrian-scaled, shielded, and directed toward the ground.

Wrought iron style fences that do not obscure views may be permitted up to five feet high in front yards and corner side yards, subject to a Ministerial Site Plan Review.
Setback

Where a lot is less than 50 feet wide, such lot may have interior side yards equal to 10 percent of the average width, but in no event less than three feet in width.
