Any sign which is nonconforming due to the requirements of this Form-Based Code or to the requirements of Title 22, shall be removed or made to comply with this Form-Based Code within 15 years from the effective date of this Form-Based Code.
- Sign maintenance requirement
A sign that is not properly maintained or is dilapidated shall be deemed a public nuisance, and shall be abated in compliance with Chapter 22.242.
