• Amphitheater alcohol sales hours

  Alcoholic beverages may be sold during operational hours of the Amphitheater or performance venue, 7 days a week. All alcoholic beverage service and sales must cease at 2:00 a.m.

• Cinema alcohol sales hours

  Alcoholic beverages may be sold during the following hours: 7 days a week, 11:00 a.m.—2:00 a.m.

• Employee alcohol training requirement60 days

  The permittee shall ensure each employee of said establishment/permit who sells or serves alcoholic beverages shall attend training classes in the sale and service of alcoholic beverages within 60 days of the start of employment or opening of the establishment.

• Graffiti removal time24 hours

  In the event graffiti occurs, the permittee shall remove or cover the graffiti within 24 hours of such occurrence, weather permitting.

• Hotel alcohol sales hours

  Alcoholic beverages may be sold as part of banquet or meeting room activities, within lobby, pool and similar guest areas, within restaurants/cafes or night clubs which are physically located within the Hotel or are physically/operationally connected to the Hotel; during the following hours: 7 days a week, 9:00 a.m.—2:00 a.m.

• Night club alcohol sales hours

  Alcoholic beverages may be sold during the following hours: 7 days a week, 11:00 a.m.—2:00 a.m.

• Prohibition of drive-up/walk-up windows for off-site alcohol sales

  Sale of alcoholic beverages from drive-up or walk-up windows is prohibited.

• Restaurant alcohol sales hours

  Alcoholic beverages may be sold during the following hours: 7 days a week, 9:00 a.m.—2:00 a.m.

• Theme park alcohol sales hours

  Alcoholic beverages may be sold during Theme Park operational hours, 7 days a week. All alcoholic beverage service and sales must cease at 2:00 a.m.
