All hosts shall register in accordance with Division 3 of Title 7 of the County Code.

The following shall not be used for short-term rentals: habitable accessory structures, including accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units, guesthouses, pool houses, and recreation rooms; non-habitable structures, including garages, storage sheds, and vehicles; and temporary structures used as a place of abode, including houseboats, tents, and treehouses.

Upon closure of the facility, the operator shall provide written notice of the intent to perform site restoration, at least 30 days prior to beginning site restoration.
