- Abandonment period90 days
If a wireless facility has ceased to operate for a period of 90 consecutive days, the facility shall be considered abandoned.
- Additional findings
The facility complies with all applicable standards, the design and placement are the least visually intrusive, for new facilities the location is necessary to close a significant gap in coverage, and the location is the least intrusive feasible and does not create a safety hazard.
- Permit duration15 years
A Conditional Use Permit to authorize a wireless facility may be valid for a period of 15 years.
- Waiver conditions
The Commission or Hearing Officer may grant a waiver to one or more of the development standards if the applicant has established that the denial of an application would prohibit or effectively prohibit the provision of personal wireless services, otherwise violate applicable laws, or require a technically infeasible design.
