Height

Maximum tower height
Tower height shall be measured from the ground to the top of the tower, excluding wind turbine generator, blades, and wind measuring devices.

Noise

Noise shall not exceed 60 dBA SEL as measured at the closest neighboring inhabited dwelling.

Blade clearance20 ft
No portion of a blade shall extend within 20 feet of the ground.
Buffer from bat roosts, etc.

No system shall silhouette against the skyline above any major ridgeline when viewed from designated highways.

Minimum distance from property line or road right-of-way shall be equivalent to the height of the system.
