Small-scale wind energy systems in Zone R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, R-A, A-1, A-2, and O-S shall require a Minor Conditional Use Permit. Minimum lot size 0.5 acres. Noise not exceed 60 dBA SEL. Blade clearance 20 feet.
