Outside storage is permitted on the rear of a lot when such storage is strictly incidental to the permitted use. Any outdoor area used for storage shall be completely enclosed by a solid masonry wall and solid gate which shall be between five and six feet in height. The storage enclosure shall be at least 50 feet away from the front property line. For industrial zones, fences and walls shall be a minimum of eight feet in height and shall not exceed 15 feet.
