Signage
- Sign posting lead time30 days
At least 30 days prior to the public hearing or decision date, the applicant shall provide the Director with: 1. A photograph showing the signs erected on the subject property; and 2. A signed affidavit stating that the signs have been placed on the subject property in compliance with this Section.
- Sign removal period7 days
The applicant shall remove signs from the subject property within one week following the close of the public hearing or decision date.
