From the ordinance
Zone ( )-IP may be combined with Zone M-1, M-1.5, M-2, M-2.5, M-3, MPD, B-1, B-2, and P-R properties. In addition to uses listed in Section 22.22.030.E, premises in Zone ( )-IP shall not be used for the following uses listed in Table 22.60.030-A.
