Environmental

  • Habitat protection

    Development in areas adjacent to sensitive marine and beach habitats shall be sited and designed to prevent impacts that could significantly degrade the environmentally sensitive habitats.

    No stockpiling of dirt or construction materials shall occur on the beach.
