Signage

  • Holiday decoration days allowed60 days

    Holiday decorations, in season, used for an aggregate period of 60 days in any one calendar year.

  • Sign area calculation method

    Only one side of a double-faced (back to back) sign shall be included when calculating sign area. Sign area calculations shall include architectural treatments and support structures.

  • Sign lighting above plane prohibition

    No light used to illuminate a sign shall extend above the plane of the top of the sign.

  • Sign lighting off time30 min

    all lighting fixtures shall be designed to direct all light onto the sign and shall be turned off no more than 30 minutes after the close of business.
