- Areas designated on Hazards Maps including Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone, Liquefaction Areas, Earthquake-Induced Landslides, Fault Zones, Floodprone Areas, areas with low slope stability, wave action, and tsunami inundation areas
From the ordinance
The provisions of the Hazards Area shall apply to any of the following types of hazards designated on the Hazards Maps of the LUP: Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone; Liquefaction Areas; Earthquake-Induced Landslides; Fault Zones; and Floodprone Areas.
