Fencing & walls

Fencing shall be no more than six feet in height and shall be wildlife-permeable.
Lighting

This lighting shall be limited to fixtures that do not exceed two feet in height, that are directed downward, and use bulbs that do not exceed 60 watts, or the equivalent.

In no case shall new on-site or off-site access roads or driveways exceed a maximum of 300 feet or one-third the parcel depth, whichever is less
