From the ordinance
The maximum floor-area ratio (FAR) for all buildings on a parcel of land shall not exceed 0.3. Parking floor space with necessary interior driveways and ramps thereto, or space within a roof structure penthouse for the housing of operating equipment or machinery shall not be included in determining the FAR.
