- Adequate water supply for fire protection
The Commission shall consider whether or not the application, if adopted, will result in a need for a greater water supply for adequate fire protection and, if so, what are the existing and proposed sources of such an adequate water supply.
- Findings for zone change approval
The Commission shall recommend approval if findings are made: modified conditions warrant revision, need for proposed zone classification, proper location, public health/safety/welfare, consistency with General Plan, and water supply adequacy.
- Type IV Review
The application shall be filed and processed in compliance with Chapter 22.232 (Type IV Review—Discretionary) and this Chapter.
