Where an outdoor recycling and solid waste storage area is separated from an adjoining building, it shall be no closer than 10 feet from any building or 20 feet from any door or window in linear distance. Storage areas shall have a vertical dimension of at least eight feet. At least one sign, not to exceed four square feet in area, shall be provided.
