Signage

• Maximum distance between double-faced outdoor advertising sign faces48 in

  if double-faced the distance between the faces of such signs shall not exceed 48 inches.

  The following signs shall be prohibited in all zones: A. Signs which contain or utilize: 1. Any exposed incandescent lamp with a rated wattage in excess of 40 watts. 2. Any exposed incandescent lamp with an internal metallic reflector. 3. Any exposed incandescent lamp with an external metallic reflector. 4. Any revolving beacon light. 5. Any continuous or sequential flashing operation... 6. Any system for display of time of day... B. Revolving signs... C. Signs advertising or displaying any unlawful act... D. Devices dispensing bubbles... E. Any notice... F. Any strings of pennants... G. Devices projecting... H. Signs emitting or amplifying sounds... I. Portable signs... J. Temporary signs...

• Sign glare prohibition

  In no case shall a lighted sign or lighting device thereof be so placed or directed so as to permit the beams and illumination therefrom to be directed or beamed upon a public street, highway, sidewalk, or adjacent premises so as to cause glare or reflection that may constitute a traffic hazard or nuisance.

• Sign removal after vacancy90 days

  Any sign located on vacant and unoccupied property... shall be removed within 90 days after the purpose for, or use utilizing, such sign has been removed from such property.
