A Conditional Use Permit (Chapter 22.160) application shall be required for the following types of signs: Outdoor advertising signs. Subdivision directional signs.

A Ministerial Site Plan Review (Chapter 22.186) application shall be required for the following types of signs: Building identification signs. Directional or informational signs. Freestanding business signs, except as specified in Subsection B.2.a, below. Portable advertising signs. Projecting business signs. Roof signs. Temporary subdivision sales, entry, and special feature signs. Wall business signs.

A person shall not use any sign in any zone except as specifically permitted in this Title 22 and subject to all regulations and conditions enumerated in this Title 22.
