Parking

the parking requirements for residential uses in accordance with Section 22.112.070, above, may be reduced by 25 percent if the site plan includes multiple on-site Transportation Demand Management (TDM) measures selected from Table 22.112.130-A, below, with a combined point value of five or greater

For multi-family residential developments, the parking requirements for residential uses in accordance with Section 22.112.070, above, may be reduced by 25 percent if the site plan includes multiple on-site Transportation Demand Management (TDM) measures selected from Table 22.112.130-A, below, with a combined point value of five or greater, or reduced by 50 percent with a combined point value of 10 or greater.
