- Development standards
Any development standards contained in the specific plan and any development standards contained in this Title 22 which are referred to in the specific plan.
- Wireless facilities
If a zone or land use category within a Specific Plan is silent with regard to wireless facilities, the Director may accept an application if similar to another permitted use, subject to Ministerial Site Plan Review or Conditional Use Permit.

Premises in Zone SP may be used for any principal, accessory, or temporary use permitted in the specific plan. Additional uses: Cemeteries require Cemetery Permit.
