Height
- Stepback for buildings abutting R-1/R-2
The portion of any building sharing a common side or rear lot line with property located within Zone R-1 or R-2 shall have a stepback so that the height is no greater than 45 feet at the edge, and recessed one foot for every one-foot increase in height up to 65 feet.

The maximum allowable FAR shall be 3.0. Building height shall not exceed 65 feet. Side and rear yards abutting R-1 or R-2 shall have a minimum depth of 15 feet. Minimum 5% landscaping. Parking may be reduced by up to 25%.
