Design
- Design
The arrangement of buildings, architectural design and types of uses shall be such so as to minimize adverse impacts on adjacent properties.

The development plan shall include yards, walls, walks, landscaping and such other features as may be needed to make the development attractive, adequately buffered from adjacent more restrictive uses.

Parking spaces as required by Chapter 22.112 (Parking) shall be provided, as well as adequate provisions for vehicular access and loading.

The Director may allow signs subject to the standards specified in Chapter 22.114 (Signs) for Zone C-1.
