Front yard. A yard that extends across the full width of the lot. The depth of the required front yard shall be a specified horizontal distance between the highway line of the parkway, highway, or street on which the lot fronts, and a line parallel to the lot, except as otherwise provided for a flag lot in Section 22.110.170 (Flag Lots).
